BERN - By lunch on Wednesday, the third day of the autumn session, the morning's neutrality polls had reached every party group. A Tamedia survey at 68 percent no and an SRG survey at 63 percent no are not a result. They are, in this building, a fact that rearranges who looks tired.

The floor still belongs to the EU agreements in the Council of States and to army funding in the National Council. Dual citizenship, Mercosur's return, and climate targets sit further down the same three weeks. Whips asked members not to campaign on the floor. Members campaigned in the corridors instead.

Ten days to a Sunday

The polls story is here. The sitting timetable is in our opening report. Nobody in the Bundeshaus thinks the next ten days will be quiet.
