ZURICH - City crews spent Sunday morning on the unphotographed half of National Day: bottles, ash, and fencing that had migrated into cycle lanes. The lake was already filling again with swimmers who treat 2 August as the better beach day, because the speeches are over.
Police reported a busy Saturday night and a routine list of fines. Hospitals reported the usual mix of fireworks injuries and too much sun.
