BERN - Party whips spent Thursday walking members through a short, dense special session. The National Council sits from 27 to 30 April on items that slipped off the 2 to 20 March timetable. Transport credits and financial odds and ends take most of the hours.
Special sessions do not attract school groups. They sometimes finish work. That is the bargain.
Flags for June
Speakers will still plant lines on army staffing and EU files that belong to the summer sitting. The opening-day report is here.
