Autumn Session Preview: EU Treaties, Army Money and a Ballot in Week Two

BERN - The autumn session opens on 14 September and runs to 2 October. The Council of States will spend three days on the EU agreements package. The National Council will take the ordinary army budget, a surplus-for-arms idea, and a long-term defence fund. On 27 September, in the middle of the sitting, voters decide neutrality and food security.

Mercosur may return from the Senate if that chamber revives it. Dual citizenship questions sit further down the same agenda.
