Lausanne Metro Summer Works Put Buses on a Hill That Prefers Rails

LAUSANNE - Transports publics de la région lausannoise said summer engineering would interrupt parts of the metro and put replacement buses on grades that already punish timetables. Commuters toward Flon and the university area were told to leave earlier. They have heard that sentence before.

Cafes along the replacement route put out extra water. That is not in the official plan. It is in the unofficial one.
