BERN - Swiss voters will decide five federal questions next Sunday: the Cash is freedom initiative and its counter-proposal, the SRG levy cut branded 200 francs is enough, the Climate Fund initiative, and the Federal Act on Individual Taxation. Turnout in recent comparable Sundays has sat in the mid-fifties.
The Federal Council recommends no on the three initiatives, yes on the cash counter-proposal, and yes on individual taxation. Party maps are messier on the licence fee than on the climate fund.
Politics does not pause for the ballot
